Greenlick Town Halls to focus on health care

State Representative Mitch Greenlick announces two Town Hall meetings. The first will be on Tuesday, February 7, 2006 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at the NW Library meeting room, NW 23rd and Thurman. The second will be on Tuesday, February 14, 2006 from 6:30 to 8:00pm at the Cedar Mill Community Library, 12505 NW. Cornell Rd.

The Town Halls will address problems in Oregon’s health care system, focusing on constituent experiences with Medicare’s prescription program and. Greenlick’s HOPE for Oregon Families Initiative which he is sponsoring with Senators Ben Westlund and Alan Bates. The initiative would put the right to affordable and effective health care in the Oregon constitution.

Constituents are invited to share their experiences in the health care system with Rep. Greenlick.
