Games! Games! Games! The Cedar Mill Library is once again joining forces with the American Library Association to celebrate International Games Day!
We invite you to join us in the library for an evening of exciting games. We’ll have board games, card games and computer games set up throughout the library for the whole family. Bring your own game, learn a new game or master an old favorite. We’ll have Dominion, Settlers of Catan, King of Tokyo, Alhambra and Ticket to Ride.
For ages 5 and up. Email askuscml@wccls.org to suggest a game or tell us what you’re bringing. For more information on the ALA project, visit igd.ala.org/ Join us for the fun!
Thursday December 4, 7-8 pm, on the main floor of Cedar Mill Library
Please join us for a free concert performed by pianist John Nilsen. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Nilsen began studying classical piano from his mother at age six. A graduate of Southern Oregon University, John was honored in 1995 with the Distinguished Alumnus Award. His latest CD, Wild Rose, is a take-off on Portland, the City of Roses. To learn more about John and his music, visit his website at magicwing.com.
