Charity collection at Artisan Market

Leedy Grange is collecting gifts for the HomePlate holiday store in Beaverton. The holiday store provides homeless young people the opportunity to practice generosity. This empowering activity can provide not only a happier holiday season for our youth and their families, but invests in supporting youth to be caring, generous and civically engaged citizens.

Please consider donating new, unwrapped gifts at the November Market. Suggested gifts: $5 and $10 gift cards to Fred Meyer, Target, Peet's Coffee, Subway, Regal Cinemas, Visa cash cards, cooking and baking utensils, tool kits, candles, travel mugs, lotion/soap sets, makeup kits, toys and crafts, pet gear, ear buds/headphones.

Cedar Mill Holiday Craft Bazaar

Nov 4-5, 9 am-6 pm, 1900 NW 143rd (off Cornell), Terra Linda Park Condos Rec Room.

Art, cards, jewelry, aprons, quilts, bags and gift ideas galore and all are handmade! There will be free cookies and coffee! Debit/credit are okay.

Cornell Farm Holiday Wonderland

Cornell Farms Pop-up Christmas Tree Farm

Beginning November 5, the Cornell Farm Holiday Wonderland opens with fresh greens, wreaths, gorgeous houseplants, and all your holiday party decorations.

Their Pop-up Christmas Tree Farm opens November 22 with their largest ever selection of cut trees. Delivery and in-home setup (aka “The Marriage Saver”) are also available.

All of this, plus the Farm’s newly opened Farmhouse Cafe serving breakfast, lunch and espresso drinks, is set on their fourth-generation family farm just minutes west of Downtown Portland.

Tuesday Tea for Seniors: Holiday Treats

The Holiday Treats session brings you ideas for holiday treats with a little sass and a nutritional edge. The event is free; however, registration is required: eventbrite.com/e/tuesday-tea-for-seniors-with-nsm-nutritionist-holiday-spice-tickets-26972499472.

Tuesday Tea for Seniors with a Nutritionist is offered on the first Tuesday of each month at the Cedar Hills Crossing store. For any general questions or help with registrations please call Jenny Bowns-Fears at the Cedar Hills store at 503-641-4181.

Holiday Arts Fair presented by Skyline Artisans

Sat. & Sun., Nov. 19 & 20, 10 am–4 pm, Skyline Grange Hall, 11275 NW Skyline Blvd.

Discover the beauty that is being created in your neighborhood, and come out to meet your neighbors and support the local arts community.

This will be a weekend event, with about 20 booths showcasing the work of local Skyline area artisans.

Included will be book arts, jewelry, home décor & accessories, pottery, glass, and more.   As in previous events, local food vendors will have their baked goods, and other food & drink available for purchase.

Second Edition Holiday Rollout

Second Edition Resale hosts their annual Holiday Open House! Everyone is invited to come see the magical transformation of the shop as they feature beautiful holiday decor, household items and dazzling seasonal clothing. Guests can view glamorous holiday fashions and sparkly jewelry while enjoying delicious holiday treats, coffee and cider.

Wine Cellar Benefit Sale

Saturday, November 26, 11 am- 6 pm

A dozen local artists will offer handcrafted gifts ranging from $5-$75. 15% of all sales goes to OFOSA (Oregon Friends of Shelter Animals). The event is free. You can purchase $5 mimosas to sip while you shop. Guests must be over age 21 or with a parent or guardian.

Dinihanian Holly Farm opens November 26

Holly Farm Christmas store will be open on November 26, 2016 for Christmas tree and wreath sales.
