Noyes Development Co. held a Neighborhood Meeting on March 22. They are proposing to develop the next segment of Bonny Slope West, the 2002 addition to the Urban Growth Boundary that was finally transferred from Multnomah to Washington County to facilitate urban development. See page 8 for more info.
Noyes plans to leave the steep southern part of their land as undeveloped forest, with a trail along the upper margin. The existing house in the center will remain. The company plans to submit their development to the county this month, and to break ground in late spring to summer of 2018, if everything goes smoothly. We’ll bring you more information as it becomes available.
