Neighborhood Meetings for Proposed Developments

May 7 – Eight-lot Planned Unit residential subdivision
At 6:00 p.m. at TVF&R Station 61, 13730 SW Butner Road, to consider plans for an eight-lot Planned Unit residential subdivision. The property under consideration is 2.04 acres in the R-5 (Residential, 4-5 units per acre) district and is located at 13630 SW Butner Road.   CPO 1.

May 8 – Day Care Center
At 6:30 p.m. at TVF&R Station 60, 8585 NW Johnson Street, to consider a 5,200 sq. ft. day care center building with classrooms and approximately 19 parking spaces. The property under consideration is 0.50 acre in the R-5 (Residential, 5 units per acre) district and is located at 14100 SW Butner Road.   CPO 1.

May 9 – Four-lot single-family subdivision
At 6 p.m. at Leedy Grange, 835 NW Saltzman, to consider a four lot subdivision to accommodate four new detached single-family dwellings. The property under consideration is 0.70 acre in the R-5 (Residential, 4-5 units per acre) district and is located on the north side of SW Salmon Street west of SW 90th Street (Taxlot 1S1 02AC 501).   CPO 1.

May 9 – Three-parcel partition
At 6:30 p.m. at TVF&R Station 60, 8585 NW Johnson Street, to consider the creation of a three-parcel partition for three new detached single-family dwellings. The property under consideration is 0.53 acre in the R-5 (Residential, 4-5 units per acre) district and is located at 9507 NW Leahy Road.   CPO 1.

May 9 – 80 to 85-lot single-family subdivision
At 6:30 p.m. at Findley Elementary School, 4155 NW Saltzman Road, to consider a subdivision for approximately 80 – 85 detached single-family homes. The property under consideration is 18.94 acres in the R-6 (Residential, 5-6 units per acre) district and is located west of Saltzman Road (Taxlots 1N1 21DB 100, 200, and 500).   CPO 7.

May 13 – 318-unit Planned Development
At 6:30 p.m. at the Community Room of Bethany Village, 15220 NW Laidlaw Road, to consider a proposal for a 318-unit Planned Development. The property under consideration is 31.7 acres in the R-6 NB (Residential, 5-6 units per acre), R-9 NB (Residential, 7-9 units per acre), R-15 NB (Residential, 12-15 units per acre), R-24 NB (Residential, 19-24 units per acre), INST NB (Institutional) and NCC NB (Neighborhood Corner Commercial) districts and is located north of NW Brugger Road (Taxlots 1N1 18A 300, 400 and 590).   CPO 7.

May 16 – 50+ lot subdivision
At 6:30 p.m. at Cedar Hills Recreation Center, 11640 SW Park Way, to consider a 50+ lot subdivision. The property under consideration is 11.25 acres in the R-6 (Residential, 5-6 units per acre) district and is located north and west of Melody Lane, between NW 113th and NW 119th (Taxlots 1N1 27DC 2200 and 3100, plus 1N1 27DC 500, 600, 700 and 1500).   CPO 1.

May 17 – Two-parcel partition
At 7 p.m. at Cedar Hills Recreation Center, 11640 SW Park Way, to consider a two-parcel partition. The property under consideration is 0.78 acre in the R-5 (Residential, 4-5 units per acre) district and is located on the south side of NW Lee Street west of 101st Avenue (Taxlot 1N1 35CC 2602).   CPO 1.

May 21 – Three-parcel partition
At 6 p.m. at TVF&R Station 60, 8585 NW Johnson Street, to consider the creation of a three-parcel partition. The property under consideration is 0.61 acre in the R-5 (Residential, 4-5 units per acre) district and is located at 9415 NW Morrison Street.   CPO 1.

May 21 – 176-lot subdivision
At 6:30 p.m. at the Community Room of Bethany Village, 15220 NW Laidlaw Road, to consider a proposal for a 176-lot subdivision. The property under consideration is 22.75 acres in the R-6 NB (Residential, 5-6 units per acre) and R-9 NB (Residential, 7-9 units per acre) districts and is located north of the Arbor Oaks subdivision and west and south of NW Brugger Road (Taxlots 1N1 18A 1000, 1100, 1201, and 1203).   CPO 7.
