Goodbye Dotty’s, hello Handel’sThe space just west of Safeway is being transformed into the second Handel’s Ice Cream store in Oregon. Franchise owner Tim Joyce says they’re planning to open the last week of June. Hours will be 11 am-10 pm daily. The company was founded in 1945 in Ohio. Their homemade ice cream and frozen yogurt is made daily on the premises. The list of flavors is impressive!
