Fifth Annual Cedar Mill Cider FestivalEmbrace the season at the Fifth Annual Cedar Mill Cider Festival, October 16 from 1-4 pm. Taste free fresh ciders produced from antique presses, enjoy bbq sandwiches from Burnt Ends BBQ Team, and Apple Crunch and ice cream from Leedy Grange, and let The New Five Cents set your toes tapping to the old-time music. And take home your Halloween pumpkin and some bottled fresh cider from Dinihanian’s Farm Market stall. The History Tent is the place to gather to learn more about Cedar Mill history and find out about THPRD’s plans to renovate the property. Plus browse craft merchants and information booths, and bring the kids for THPRD’s RecMobile supervised activities. Fun for everyone at the JQA Young house grounds, 12050 NW Cornell Rd, just east of the Cedar Mill Bible Church. Free parking after 1 pm. For more information, see cedarmill.org/ciderfestival
