119th proposed development withdrawn

A Neighborhood Meeting was held on a hot night last August for a proposed development on land just east of 119th and south of Lovejoy. The packed dining room at the Grange Hall included neighbors and several of the landowners.

Annemarie Skinner represented the developer, and ably fielded many questions and comments from neighbors who were concerned about traffic and the loss of natural habitat.

We learned in early September that Skinner’s client was not going forward with the development.
