Sunset High News
Prince of Denmark to visit Sunset
by Makenna Huck

Who’s ready for Sunset’s fall production of Hamlet? The cast has been working extra hard at practices to get every line just right in time for their first performance on November 12th. Students are looking forward to attending one of the three performances that are coming up on November 13th, 14th and 15th at 7:30 pm at Sunset in the auditorium. You can buy tickets at the door for $10 or at school in A hall. So come give a hand to the cast for their hard work and remarkable talent.

Sunset’s talent doesn’t end there! On November 5th at 7 pm in the choir room, students will be singing, playing guitar and more! This is called Apollos Unplugged; it’s a great chance for them to show our school what they’ve got. This coming week anyone attending Sunset can try out for Apollos Unplugged. Many students show up to cheer on their friends and fellow students, and also to enjoy the performance. Its very entertaining and a great way to spend your night!

Progress reports were sent out and report cards are coming up! Sunset students are working hard to keep their grades steady while balancing sports and after school activities. Luckily, students get a break from their busy schedule on Friday, November 6th since teachers need the day to finish grading in time for report cards.
