Teen Art Contest: Teens, do you have art skills? Here’s your chance to prove it – and win a prize! It’s time again for our annual Teen Summer Reading Art Contest. The artwork must represent the 2013 Teen Summer Reading theme “Beneath the Surface”. What do you get if you win? A $150 Powell’s Books gift card or $50 or $25 Blick store gift certificates. This is your chance to see your original artwork featured on Washington County’s Teen Summer Reading promotional materials. (posters, buttons, bookmarks and more!)
