Timberland add houses

Now that the apartment development is complete, Polygon Northwest is getting ready to build 42 single-family detached homes on the southern edge of their property (formerly Teufel Nursery). Grading and utility work is being done now. Model homes in four floor plans will be open after the first of the year, with sales to begin by April 2012. Home sizes will be from 1350-1850 sf.

The development will feature green streets with alley access to garages. Many will back up to the adjacent natural area. Similar homes have already been built at Villebois in Wilsonville and Edgewater in King City. Pricing has not yet been released, but should be in the $200,000 range, similar to those other developments.

Polygon VP Fred Gast also told us that that the various regulatory hurdles have been cleared for the building of the boardwalk and the development of the park around Cedar Mill Creek, adjacent to the JQA Young House property, Construction will occur next summer.
