This is the proposed design for a new commercial building on Cornell Road at Joy. The existing wood-frame building will be replaced by a masonry structure with space for dental offices and retail. Local dentist Samuel Chen and his wife (Integrity Dental) are the owners. Emmett Phair Construction is the developer. The development application has been submitted to the county, and the public notice will be distributed shortly. A public comment period will follow.
