CPO 1 April meeting: Cedar Mill Town Center transit improvement grant; What happens when we call 911
Tuesday, April 8, 7-9 pm, in person at The Opal, 12691 NW Dogwood, and virtually online via zoom
Learn about the Cedar Mill Better Bus and Access to Transit Enhancements project proposed for a 2028-30 Regional Flexible Fund Allocation (RFFA) grant. The public comment period is open through April 30. Presented by Dyami Valentine, Principal Planner, Transportation Planning, Washington County Department of Land Use & Transportation.
Corinne Haning, Public Affairs Officer for Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue (TVF&R), will explain how calls are routed and who shows up in an emergency. “As an all-hazard response agency, Tualatin Valley Fire & Rescue (TVF&R) provides emergency response well beyond fire suppression. Residents are often surprised to learn that as many as 80 percent of the calls crews are dispatched to are medical in nature.” (postponed from the March meeting)
