Well & Good coffee shop now open in Bonny Slope

A welcoming spot for coffee, breakfast, and lunch is now open at the corner of Thompson and South Road. After several years running Well & Good in Tigard, Brandon Mosser decided the time was right to expand. He and his crew have transformed the space that previously held Gallagher Designs and Aurora Coffee with a clean modern vibe and plenty of areas to sit and gather with friends.

The November election results kicked off a game of musical chairs in terms of our local Oregon State representation. Elizabeth Steiner, who had been our State Senator, was elected to be State Treasurer and announced her resignation from the Oregon Senate. By law, the commissioners of the counties represented by a departing legislator get together to appoint someone to replace them for the duration of their term.

Cedar Mill Piano Teacher’s Method Reaches Global Classrooms

What began in a Cedar Mill living room has evolved into a global movement that few could have predicted. When Joseph Hoffman started teaching piano to neighborhood kids to help pay for college, he noticed that traditional piano methods often left students feeling disconnected from the actual joy of making music.
