Milltowner Updates April 2025

Nicoletta’s Table, a Lake Oswego restaurant/market, has decided not to open a location in the space near Insomnia Coffee. Property management is currently in talks with another restaurant tenant. We’ll share information as soon as it’s finalized.

Westlawn water main replacement

Through May, Tualatin Valley Water District (TVWD) is replacing and upgrading about 800 feet of current 2-, 6-, and 8-inch main beneath NW Westlawn Terrace, from NW 128th Avenue to NW 131st Avenue, with a brand-new 8-inch ductile iron main, and installing a new water pressure regulator valve in an underground concrete vault in the public right-of-way southwest of the intersection of 128th Avenue and Westlawn Terrace. Work will take place Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-5 pm. 

Japanese Beetle Eradication Update

In 2024 the Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) completed its eighth year of treatment for the Japanese beetle (JB) eradication program in the greater Portland area. Most properties were treated with a single application of the granular larvicide Acelepryn® G (Chlorantraniliprole) on lawns and ornamental planting beds.
