We recently learned that long-time Cedar Mill resident Norman White passed away in July. Many will remember him from his involvement in the Cedar Mill Business Association and as a realtor. A memorial service will be held at 1 pm on Sunday, September 12 at Portland First United Methodist Church in the Sanctuary.
